Program organized between ACCDiS<\/a> (Advanced Center for Chronic Diseases<\/em>, FONDAP\/ANID) and CENDHY (Center of New Drugs for Hypertension<\/em>, PIA\/ANID), located at the Faculty of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of Chile, associated to Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, with the Elderly Department at Municipalidad de Independencia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It is a 3 year project that starts on the second semester of 2020 and ends in 2022, in which the first year is the Pilot Plan (See Annex 2).<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consiste?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Se proponen\u00a06 actividades pr\u00e1cticas (“talleres”) por a\u00f1o, a ser impartidos \u00a0durante 3 a 4 meses durante el segundo semestre con una frecuencia de cada 15 d\u00edas, con una duraci\u00f3n aproximada de 90 minutos cada uno. Los talleres son co-creados entre el equipo cient\u00edfico (ACCDiS y CENDHY), los representantes de la Municipalidad de Independencia y los asistentes a los talleres, que corresponden a grupos de adultos y personas mayores que participan de manera regular en las actividades del Departamento del Adulto Mayor de la Municipalidad. Los talleres ser\u00e1n impartidos por \u201ctalleristas\u201d o \u201cfacilitadores\u201d de la Municipalidad de Independencia previamente capacitados con el equipo cient\u00edfico.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Los talleres propuestos para el a\u00f1o 2020 abordan tem\u00e1ticas como enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas, factores de riesgo, prevenci\u00f3n y tratamiento con medicamentos, con \u00e9nfasis en hipertensi\u00f3n arterial que es la patolog\u00eda central de estudio de CENDHY.<\/span><\/p>\n
